6. Special Circumstances for Last-Minute Cancellations

Crestmoor Training understands that unforeseen events or emergencies may arise,

Special Circumstances: These may include, but are not limited to:

  • Personal illness or medical emergency (with supporting documentation)
  • Family emergency (e.g., bereavement or critical illness of a close family member)
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters preventing travel
  • Other exceptional circumstances, subject to our discretion

Training may offer one of the following options:

  • A full or partial refund, at our discretion

  • A course credit to be used for a future booking (to be used within 3 months).

Non-Acceptable Circumstances: Please note that minor inconveniences, such as
changes in personal schedule, non-urgent work commitments, or transportation issues
unrelated to severe conditions, will not be considered special circumstances and the
standard cancellation policy will apply.
Policy.

7. Course Transfers

If a delegate is unable to attend a booked course, Crestmoor Training may allow a
transfer to a different course date. Requests for transfers must be received in writing by emailing info@crestmoortraining.co.uk at least two weeks before the start of the
original course. All transfers are subject to availability. All decisions will be at the
discretion of the Training Manager.

8. Non-Attendance

If a delegate fails to attend a course without prior notice (as stated above), the full
course fee (100%) remains payable, and no refunds or transfers will be provided.

9. Late Arrivals and Missed Sessions

Delegates are provided with a copy of the course joining instructions stating the course
start time along with the instructors’ contact details. Delegates are requested to
contact the instructor via telephone if they are running late.
Late arrivals or missed sessions may result in the delegate being refused entry to the
course. This is at the discretion of the course instructor and is determined based on
whether the delegate will receive sufficient knowledge in the remaining time. In such
cases, no refunds will be given, and the full course fee remains payable.

10. Certification Requirements

Attendance for the full duration of the course is mandatory for certification. Incomplete attendance may result in failure to qualify for certification, with no refund offered.

11. Requalification Courses

To attend a requalification course, the delegate must present a valid and current
certificate. Please email a copy of your expiring certificate to info@crestmoortraining.co.uk. Not all qualifications have a grace period and therefore, in some instances candidates who obtain an expired certificate maybe required to enrol/complete the full course again.
